The three youngest

I am going to work on posting pictures of all of my children. Here are the three littlest ones. We were at one of Alex's basketball games. The girls had fun playing in the corner of the gym.

As you can see...Ava enjoyed her first Christmas!

The Conklins at a Glance

Hi! We are Dan and Lisa Conklin. We live in Western New York. We have a business, nine children, one son-in-law, one almost son-in-law, one granddaughter, one grandson on the way, and a partridge in a pear tree!

Dan runs the business. I am a stay at home mom (which we all know is a full time job!)
Our oldest daughter Jessica is 24. Her husband's name is Justin and they have our granddaughter Madelynn. She is due to have our grandson Junior Champion in March. They own their own business as well.
Our second daugter is Sara. She is 22 and engaged to marry Jared in May of 2008. She will also be graduating from Davis College in May of 2008 with degrees in Early Childhood as well as Church Ministry.
Next is Aaron. He is 19. He graduated in June of 2007. He attends RIT where he studies Arabic and International Studies. He is in the Army ROTC.
Matthew is 16. He is a junior at Houghton Academy. He is in Honor Society and plays soccer and basketball. He is very hard working and does great in school.
Bethany is 14. She is in ninth grade at the Academy. She is also involved in soccer and basketball at school. She is very outgoing and has a lot of fun. She likes to read and makes excellent brownies!
Alexander is 13. He is in seventh grade. He plays basketball as well. He likes playing games and is interested in military things. He is hard working and likes to play games on the Wii.
Elaina is 7. She is in second grade. We adopted her from Cambodia when she was one. She is very smart and musically minded. She enjoys playing with her friends.
Phoebe is 4. She is in preschool. We adopted her from Uzbekistan when she was one. She is very upbeat and energetic. She loves to bowl on the Wii and change her clothes a million times each day.
Ava is the baby. She is one. We adopted her from Vietnam this past September. She is also very energetic. She recently started walking and she keeps us on our toes.

Well, I think that's enough for now. Stay tuned to find out more about the Conklins!
